Thanks Brandon, yes I have set up a few alerts and still enjoying the podcasts. The wealth of information is amazing. I was one of those person who was about to spend $25000 for a mentor and training from Fortune Builder. Hello Lakeesha, I read or was told that if you want or need something (service) from someone you should find a way to help them out with something. Don't let it just being them helping you out, find a way to help them out. Also build a relationship with them.

I am really excitd to be strating a new way of supporting my family. Today I went out and look for opportunity in my neighborhood. I saw 5 houses vacant and for rent sign on them, I seen an vacant house for sale and an abondant house.

Can someone advise me what I should do next?
