Business Card Idea -Wholesaling - Feedback please

I'm new, have an idea about business cards for wholesaling, and would like some feedback. These would be primarily for engaging sellers, but I am also curious about the impression these cards would leave on other, experienced investors. Here is the idea:

Basic white glossy front cards, color company logo in the top center with the business name centered below it, phone & email address on one side of the bottom section and my name on the other side followed by the title of "Owner".

I would leave these cards on the doors of target properties with a personal, hand written note on the back, with that side facing out so that it is the first thing they see. My thought is that the handwritten note causes the reader to have their interest peaked and adding "owner" conveys the message that they will be talking to a decision maker.

What do you think?

Thanks in advance for your time,

~M

Dale, thank you for the feedback from both perspectives.

To everyone, thank you so very much. Josh, Brandon, and others recommend using this forum to get feedback. I have read other people's posts and seen the wealth of feedback provided. But it is different being on the receiving end. This was my first 'real' post (outside of my intro)... I have to say that you all have made me FEEL welcomed, encouraged, and part of something big. Thank you, All.
