Hello I'm Jonathan Jacobs I'm originally from Long Island NY and I currently reside here. I own rental property in NC. In Fayetteville, NC. I would like to invest more in that area.
Right now I'm trying to raise capital by wholesaling. I'm in search of cash buyers. I've found that it's hard to discern those who are legitimate and those who are on similar newbie status as me.
I'm also interested in REO's mores specifically learning how to get in touch with banks before they are listed on MLS. At the very least get connected with a REO listing agent so I might be able to catch a deal before they list it.
My ultimate goal is to use REI as a vehicle to help homeless people get reestablished as productive members of society. I'm very interested in doing this for veterans because I'm a veteran myself. I wan to be a philantropist and help Americans where the systems that are in place have failed.
