@Russell Brazil good point. I do have to say I've purchased about 10 k in various financial and RE education and This book was the first one on BRRRR and it fits into the strategy I had , and gave me more guidance. It's a recommendation and definitely hope whoever picks it up isn't going in blind and has background knowledge.

@Ree Rolle hey! I'm the same way, it gets better as you understand more of what you're trying to do. It'll make communicating a whole lot easier if you have a plan and a strategy in place. I found an amazing broker here Brenda Hall who has helped me find a few lenders willing to work with my family's situation. She may be able to help you with the lending part. The book BRRRR by David Greene has great tips on how to find those people and what questions to ask.

Reading has been a great tool to help me communicate my needs which has definitely helped my confidence, so now I’m a confident introvert lol.

BRRRR is by far THEE best book that I have read in terms of buy and hold. Granted it is the first book I've read with regards to buy and hold but i can already tell I won't be needed another. I'm really close to obtaining financing , thanks to an amazing broker I met here, and asked the right questions thanks to the book.

I am a firm believer in investing into your education and BRRRR by David Greene is the best purchase I've made. I'm ready for my first official BRRRR deal thanks to David Greene! I'm not scared anymore, just anxious but I know I'll have the book to refer back to for The rest of my life.

If you're into Buy and Hold I highly recommend BRRRR.

@Bastian Kneuse hey, check with a cpa of course but the answer is yes it Is. and the way they set up the days is so you can do that. Read “what your cpa isn’t telling you “ by mark Koehler. You’ll can expense 50% of travel and dining if you travel for a certain number of business days (2/3). He recommends traveling Thursday-Tuesday
