What qualifies us to talk on this subject? Right now we have 7 flips going on at the same time (from simple carpet / paint to $500,000 remodel) with 11 new construction projects (from traditional single family homes to 48-unit microstudio complex) + 8 projects in feasibility stage.

We are always happy to share our approaches and help those who are seeking advice.

Hey Everybody!

We are kicking off the 2017 with the first event of the year for our group @ Lit Cigar Lounge at Snoqualmie Casino.

You don't have to smoke cigars to join in. We will have a selection of cigars available at the event. 

As far as topic for discussion, we thought with us being in the beginning of 2017, why not chat about goals and strategies to achieve them? But if nobody wants to chat about that, we can shift to any other topic.

There is no set end time - we will go until everybody is just done talking about Real Estate. We would love to hear from those attending with feedback and ideas on the group, potential locations, and subjects of interest.

Yep, that's the case nowadays. That's why you need to try to get off market deals as well, thought margins even off market are very slim.

We switched to new construction because flips are not profitable any more.

Join @Dima Suslikov, @Kevin C. and I, for an evening of lively networking and discussions on topics of Marketing / Acquisitions / Wholesaling.

This one is always fun - think of it as Real Estate Party! We have beer and wine (and stronger beverages for those who ask) to accompany RE talk.
