HI GUYS. I AM LOOKING FOR SOME INFORMATION ABOUT RENTING TO STUDENTS. I WAS WONDERING IF SOMEONE CAN HELP ME. 

I AM THINKING ABOUT BUYING A HOUSE IN YORK P. A., NEAR COLLEGE. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THE RENT I CHARGE SHOULD INCLUDE UTILITIES OR SHOULD THE UTILITIES BE PAID FROM THE  RENT.? ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW MANY STUDENTS ARE ALLOWED TO OCCUPY ONE HOUSE.? THANKS,  GERRY.
