@Jamiel Strickland thanks man. I was literally getting in the car to start driving around; when your message popped up. I got a list off listsource and I narrowed it down to the most properties in the hottest zip codes. So I’m hitting the ground running today(so to speak). I'm new to REI and I just wanted reach out to the community and get some pointers, tips, warnings, etc.... I'm considering starting off this journey with wholesaling; due to the fact that I won't be working with alot of funds at this moment.
