Called and was told that the summer tax will be added to the winning bid.  If a property is not bid on during the auction you can submit a bid after that batch closes but will still have to pay the summer tax.

Bad news they have not started to process the deeds from September auctions yet.

Congratz.  I'm currently waiting for deeds to be recorded and was also told 30days, hope it doesn't end up being 4 months.

Will the Oct auction be the same as Sept where the summer tax is added to winning bid? or will winning bidder have to pay that separately?  Thanks in advance.
