I’d stick to your guns when you’re dealing with the agent, and act just as surprised at his reaction as it sounds he did to your offer. This is business, and that’s what you want to offer the seller. Simple. If he isn’t going to work with that think about finding a new agent.

Welcome man, it's a great community here. I'm going to send you a connect request if you don't mind, I'm interested in the future of your venture into virtual reality. I'm sure you'll find a lot of success in that in the future. I'm a young guy too, it'd be cool to stay even slightly in touch.

Congrats. I did it Nov 2017 and have found it worth it so far. I haven't used many of the features yet but I wanted to get my pro membership before I figured it would go up. I keep seeing the value of the community so I'm glad I invested in the site with a Pro membership.

Welcome, BP is worth spending a lot of time browsing. I live in New York too, a little more upstate but have worked and am planning on moving actually down to New Rochelle at some point. I'll send you a connection request, stay in touch.

I love to listen to podcasts and audiobooks. I do asphalt construction so I have earbuds in all day. Keeps me thinking about my next steps and inspires me to actually follow through with the process of achieving my commitments step by step

I like Mike's idea of moving equity from overpriced cities or cities with a history of prices going higher then average when the markets good to cities that have less of a price swing. I think gold would have been a good thing to have when the economy last crashed, I like to think it's going to be a good place to have wealth for the coming crash. I'd like some opinion on that if anyone knows much about it.

Welcome, it’s a great community here. I’m moving to the Orlando area myself, looking to start investing and networking in the CF area. Maybe I’ll tty sometime!

Any update? I'd concur with a few others on here and say sell while the market's up. If the house is as big as I'm picturing you could get a nice triplex or even a quadplex, go as big as you can, and live in a unit. Sell!

Hey @Joe E. welcome. I just finished a job up in Rutland VT, I was there for almost 2 months. It's beautiful, I love it. What part are you from? I'd love to buy land up there some time soon, or own some property. I've read it has people moving into it right now, but when I looked up the numbers that didn't seem to be so. How do you see it? Are you planning on investing in VT?
