Jeremy, I'm also looking for multiple family or really good SFH deals with value add potential.

Also send me any other professional you recommend, I'm just starting to look in the area.

Thanks.

I think having the Tennant and landlord sign an Estoppel Agreement is a good idea https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2013/06/1...

I've used one a change of address form from RocketLawyer website but there is probably a better form as the change of address wasn't specific for new owners but I modified it to make it work.

Welcome Torrey, the blogs and podcasts here are awesome. Triea is also a good place to network.

What do you do, or what are you planning to get into within real estate?

@Hannah Smith and everyone please send me CPAs you recommend. I mainly need help filing for now. Would be nice to work with a CPA that can help with setting up Quickbooks online also.

My wife and I have W2 jobs and 3 rentals, no LLCs.

What are ballpark costs I should expect for filling and maybe 1-2 hrs to review help with my quickbooks online setup.

Thanks!

Hey Jeremy, you can use an initial unsecured loan, or a HELOC from another property. Keep in mind these are Fannie Mae's guidelines and banks can put additional requirements on top of these. I found many lenders would not allow me to use the dfe. Be ready to talk to many lenders before finding a good one. Good luck.
