Quote from @Shandy Victory:

I was planning on investing anywhere in California. Do you know if the market in Bakersfield would be a good investment?

Bakersfield is in Kern County, which is one of the few counties in California with a growing population. Bakersfield is not very sexy but it can be a good market if you find the right deal.

It was a personal account that I use for business.

If they figure out she was posting on my behalf then that would explain the violation.

Thanks

Post: How to use a VA for posting on Facebook and Craigslist

I had my VA post on the Facebook market place and they blocked my account from posting as they said we violated their policies. I think it was because her IP address was in the Philippines. Anyone have this issue?

What is the best way to get around this?

I assume a VPN could work.

I was also thinking that giving her remote access to a computer in my house could also work.

Any ideas?

I gave my assistant access to my Facebook account to post and respond to inquiries and Facebook said that we broke their rules and that I cannot post on the marketplace.

The ad copy was pretty much the same as what I have posted many other times so I am not sure why they had an issue with it other than possibly they didn't like that her IP address was in the Philipines.

I often have over 100 inquiries but 95% don't meet the minimum requirements that we list in the ad so it is very time-consuming to reply and get the basic info needed. I was hoping the VA could help with this but I am not sure how to do this with getting another account banned.

Generally, the west side of town has a lot of the nicest areas.  There are a lot of new developments in both the North West and South West.  East Bakersfield and Oildale are older and have a lot of class C or lower areas. But there are many good rental neighborhoods.  There are decent pockets all around Bakersfield so it could make sense to spend a couple of days driving around town and getting a lay of the land.

There has been large growth in the "logistics" industry and it looks like this will continue.

Definitely reach out to @Sanjeev Advani.  He is a local agent and works with investors.
