Housing Market Overview 2017 Q2

@Michael Gustavo, I have been finding deals through MLS. I have a full time job and even with that I was able to get 3 deals this year... working on the 4th one. Not a whole lot, but I know I have missed couple because of lack of funds or not being quick enough to make offers. I have tried working with wholesalers but that deal avenue has not worked for me yet.

@Karla Talancon, there are close to 4-5 very active REI Clubs in the Bay Area that I am aware of. I guess the best way be to search at meetup.com.

@Ather Rizvi , Have you looked at East Bay there are some still good deals that often pop on MLS. I guess networking will be another thing that I will recommend to do. Search local REI meetings near your area and start attending them. Will give you some ideas as to what other investors are doing in your area.
