@Michelle Simoni I would be interested...do you have all the entitlements in place with what ever city this is on?

@Alex Rehman We love tech and are probably more advanced then most in our industry but what we have learned the hard way is tech has to be only used to leverage the teams time to be able to deliver the more personalized communication and service.  Tech doesn't help solve a locked out resident on move in day, a client frustrated the unit is taking too long, negotiations on a collection issue, or something anyone thinks isn't fair.  Still lost of emotion in the property management business that has to be accepted and people felt heard.  

@Marcus Spencer check out @Douglas Skipworth and his firm.  They are great at what they do and are larger investors as well!

@Franco Carollo thanks for sharing some of the plans. What stage are you at now? Have you done deals? Are you green? What is your strong suit you would bring to a partnership or JV?

@Irving Rivera I just DMed you an investor in Garfield Park and his story if you want me to connect you.  He has came out good on this side but paid some ignorance tax along the way.  

@Irving Rivera This is not an ideal location to leap into investing but on the other hand you will learn more in 12 months on a property like this then anything else you do.  Ask lost of questions and lean on people that have done it there or other C/D pockets of the city.  This is not turnkey management long term as well.

@Brendan Novisky I would check out RL Property Management as they have a good pulse on Columbus and the industry!
