I was wondering if anyone knows exactly how the mechanics of this site work regarding my profile location verses the states in which I want to market. I live in Indiana, but want to market out of state, to specific states. Does anyone know exactly how to do this on Bigger Pockets? Do I need my profile home location to be in the area in which I want to market? I know we receive email with ads for real estate in our local areas. We want to market out of state. Any helpful thoughts? Thanks!

There are different ways to set it up. One would be thru a Wholesaler approach or to set it up with a flat fee.  Those fees would be negotiable.  If you are interested in the Indianapolis area we can help depending on the types of properties you are interested in and acceptable CAP Rates.
