Good morning BP members. My nam is Gayle. I am a Realtor living and working in Boca Raton. Being here for 24 years (with 16 years of experience as a real estate agent in 4 states) I certainly know the area well and help you with any question you have or information you need. I'm at the other end of those towns mentioned abone: i.e.: Realtor who works from Palm Beach Gardens south to Pompano. If anyone wants info from these towns, please let me know. I've lived and worked in Boca Raton for 24 years and think it is great. Palm Beach County has a lot to offer.  And, I'm new to BP and would love to get some associations going. Best, Gayle

 I am a Realtor in Boca Raton, Florida and have an investor who is hoping to find a building with at least 35-40 or more units for rental income. Preference is Palm Beach County from Jupiter south to Delray Beach. The condos can be spread out in different cities and not necessarily in one building. 

He also is a restauranteur - high end - and would like to find another one to expand his brand.

Hi Jacqueline: Welcome to Bigger Pockets. I am about 2-week new myself. Like you, I am hoping I can learn a lot so I invest wisely. I am a Realtor and I practice in Boca Raton, Delray Beach and most Palm Beach County and some in northern Broward. I've invested in several homes already and recently sold one which I regret. Seems lately that all my buyers are investors so I am learning as I help the. I also attend local investment clubs evening meetings. As example, I am going to the Boca Raton Investment meeting. Hi Chris: There is a Tropical REIT that means the 2nd Wednesday of the month in Boynton Beach. Networking at 5:30 T0 6:00; then Vendos speaks, then the guest speaker comes on at 7:00 PM.

I also think that there is a chapter in Jacksonville not sure. Good luck. Gayle

I have been in real estate for over 18 years having had licenses in Maryland, Virginia, Georgia and now Florida. In between I had a successful career in the hotel business as an executive Sales and Marketing Director for individual hotels or as a Regional for resort companies with as many as 14 hotels. I enjoy real estate especially meeting and making new friends. As I have been relocated many times, I especially enjoy assisting executives and their families buy or sell when they are being relocated. I look forward to knowing my fellow BiggerPockets members!
