Cheapest active in the whole Mount Dora zip code by 30k and it sits on an acre of land. The 2 buildings that sit on the property are in need of a lot of work and I am not sure they are salvageable. It is pretty difficult to comp a new build over here but this is a cheap price for an acre of land regardless.
