I was thinking about running a hardwood type fake flooring to go throughout the house or should I put rugs in the bedrooms?  What type of flooring do you use please.  Thank you, Gary

I am looking for a tax accounting practice that deals with rental properties and a real estate lawyer.

Thank you everyone,  I guess I will have to admit to the contractor that he is right.

I purchased a house that has a dishwasher and I would like to remove it to eliminate repairs,  leaks and replacement.  My contractor says it is a bad idea because renters become accustomed to having dishwashers and it could be a put off for some renters. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.  Gary.

I would appreciate any information on good professional contacts that people investing in the klamath falls,  Oregon area may have. Thank you,  Gary

I'm sorry, it wasn't Josh D. It was Brandon Turner's books. No wonder no one responded.

Thank you everyone.  I did accept the cash offer and ended up buying a house near me for the same price except I will be putting in about 10 k in repairs but the rental income will triple.  Thank you everyone for your help in this matter. I wish all of you the best.
