@Account Closed. 1. Get a good realtor to help you locate good areas for growth and comps on area. I got started here in Detroit using BRRR 20 years ago. Paid $4,500 for property. Put $15,000 in. Turned this 1 into 30+ Over the years

@Karl Danticat. Most Land Banks homes will need lots of work, rules, restrictions, inspections involved. Get with a Realtor,Wholesaler and see what other options are available

@Eric Inigo. Even though this is an easy entrance into Real estate . A lot of times the value is not with Turnkeys, especially in the beginning. You might get value as you hold the property.
