@Victoria Spinelli. Hello My experience with turkey Properties here in Michigan is you don’t get as much value. Yes ,you did get a rehabbed house and a placed tenant.. most investors like to force their own profits and returns when buying low and doing their own rehabs.. so It just depends on what you’re comfortable with. East English,Morningside, University District are popular for investors.

@Thomas Lowe. There is good and bad in those areas. High turnover, Non paying, More upkeep. But you can be successful in those areas. Just factor these scenarios into your cost beforehand
