I'm buying a SFH in Cleveland, would like to run title before paying. Anyone know a good resource? How much should it cost? Thanks!

Excellent information Joseph, Don and Jonathan. This would be west of Conifer - might be even a little more expensive to get a good crew out there.  So I might use $140 in assessing this possibility.

Thanks very much for that.

Does anyone have a good estimate for building new (~1,800sf) on medium slope in light forest area? This would be West of Denver, CO.  I have an idea on the costs of well, utilities and septic, just looking for construction cost for a nice home, or if you have an idea that a cabin kit-home would be less expensive...? Thanks.
