 Hi Gerald,

Shoot me a PM. I work under an investor friendly broker but I'm not sure what you're looking for. Maybe I can help.

I'm also in the Atlanta area. Does your offer for assistance still stand? I could always use some experienced insight

 Hey Andre,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you- it's been crazy the last month! Yes, my offer stands for anyone looking to get into wholesaling. I'm a buyer as well so I'd love to meet with any new wholesalers that can feed me deals! Shoot me a PM if you'd like to chat more.

Hey @Kyle Alberry . I used to work with a flipper in the Virginia Beach/ Chesapeake area. He can be a real pain sometimes, but he's a great guy and we still speak regularly. He may be looking for some help right now. If you'd like, I can send him your contact info and put you two in touch.

Hey Adrian!

Welcome to ATL. I'm an agent here as well. I specialize in wholesaling deals to the investors in town.

Shoot me a message if you ever want to chat. I may be at the event that Aziz mentioned as well.

Hi Scott! Welcome to BP.

I'm also in Atlanta. I work for a wholesale brokerage here in town that sells strictly to investors. Feel free to contact me if you'd like some help getting established. You can also consider me your newest addition to your buyers list.

Hi @Sheryl Gurvey . Welcome to BP. I've found it to be both a great networking and educational tool, as you've already learned.

I work for a wholesale brokerage here in Atlanta and try to attend each networking event I can. Maybe we'll run into each other some day.

Hi Tony!

Welcome to the site. I lurked for a while, and recently joined as well when I took a position with a wholesale brokerage here in Atlanta. It's been a great 2-tiered resource for me. Networking, obviously,  and learning as I do intend to start my own investing in the next year or two. I'm also in the process of rebuilding an old car- a 1977 Porsche 911 I bought a few years back. Check out Holtwheels Motorsports in Marietta for bodywork if you haven't gotten to that point yet.

Are there specific areas you've been buying in? Feel free to send me a PM if you'd like help locating more homes.

I'll also be visiting the local county auctions. I work with an acquisition firm here in Atlanta, and one of the other agents and I have determined it would be a great new avenue for meeting cash buyers that nobody else in our office has tapped yet.

There's also the method of reverse searching through MLS/FMLS for cash buyers. I'm not sure how it varies state to state, though.

Hey @Claudio Goedhart . Welcome to the site. It's been a huge source of information for me in the last few months. I'm from Virginia Beach (currently in Atlanta) and worked in Richmond for a period last year. What a cool town to be in, and I imagine a pretty exciting one for REI. Best of luck to you in your new endeavors with REI, from one Virginian to another.

Hi @Keenan Mabrey ! I'm newer to this site as well, but am pouring through as much as I can when I'm not busy with work and family. If you ever decide to start looking into Atlanta for your investments, please do contact me. I can try to help you here in this awesome city.
