If you want to save your money on rehab.

I recommend you to do a CC funding 0% interest for 12 months.

I will be happy to give you more information.

I send you a message. I think i can help you

Hi Ani,

Yes, You can take hard money lenders to begin with and then refinance. But the hard money lenders will take high interest.

good luck.

my advice is to use CC funding.

with my CC I get 100K funding,  which gives you up to 100K with 0% interest for 12 months.

you can DM me and I can connect you with the company I did it.

good luck with your investment.

Just sent you a message.I think I can help you=)

@Hyeseong Park

if you need money to pay for your rehab, I recommend you do it with funding from credit cards.

I did it with a company that brought me funding of 100K with 0% interest for 12 months. This way you can pay your rehab expenses and then send the invoice to your lender without the need to have the capital

If you need only 100K I suggest you do credit card funding, you can get up to 100K with 0% interest for 12 months.

you can DM me and I can connect you with the company I did it.

good luck with your investment.

Hey All!

When I started I had a  lot of struggles with funding money for a marketing budget, and I know marketing is everything in wholesaling.
If you had 100K in 0% interest for 12 months how would you arrange the marketing budget to maximize your ROI?

Hello,

My husband and I will be happy to connect with active investors to share each other knowledge, experience and to hear about your investments in the Bay Area.

As I have posted 100x, " What value do you bring to the table" Tell us why we should connect with you, what do you have ? Cash, properties buyers?

Hi, thanks for responding

My husband and I have a development, management, and construction company. We manage fix and flip projects in the area. We established the business due to our need as entrepreneurs to create a correct, convenient, and efficient project management system for additional investors who will not have to waste their time on problems in the projects.
