I am new to this market and wanted to know if there is anything wrong with using a Hard Money loan and cover the out of pocket with a self directed IRA account. Not sure if its allowed being that the SDI would have to be in a second lien position. Any advice?

Hello BP! I am looking to connect with some investor friendly GC's in the San Diego area. We are looking to start several projects 2 or 3 months from now and need to start talking to some GC's asap. Any recommendations and referrals are greatly appreciated.
