San Diego, 92139

ARV: $2,790,000

Cost: $594,000

Rehab: $1,458,000

Six 4 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms / 2 Garage 1890 sq ft homes

Pros: Lots are off market in a great area. Finish outs will have views and sit at the end of a cul de sac and be the newest builds of the area. Engineer Drawings and Plans have been submitted to city and we have a copy included in the packet. 80% is completed to get approved. There is 6 different APN's already. This is a big advantage to any developer/builder as it will shorten hold times! Profit potential is very attractive!

Thank you Dmitriy. Correct I am referring to using my own SDI to fund the difference left from a Hard Money loan on a personal deal.
