Investor friendly TITLE COMPANY in Colorado Springs

We have a property under contract and will likely have an end buyer purchasing the property to live in not to flip or rent out. I'm looking for recommendations for an investor- friendly Title Company in Colorado Springs Colorado as I'm hoping to do a "dry double closing" as to avoid the fees associated with a "wet double closing" and needing to get transactional funding.
