Hello all. I am currently an Active Duty Soldier stationed in Jacksonville, FL. I am running the Army Recruiting Operations for the Jacksonville Recruiting BN.  I am lucky enough to be stationed in my hometown. I am new to investing and looking for mentorship and guidance to get my foot in the door. I understand that nothing in life is for free and would be more than happy to work for you and assist you in anything that you need in exchange to learn a piece of what you know. Is there anyone out there interested?

Definitely wasn't the intent, I just didn't think about it until numbers started making sense. I wander if I can live for a few months and refinance into conventional. I'm using this to see if people have worked around this before. 

So I have closed on a single family home for a VA loan. Cost were lower than expected for rehabbing and it actually cash flows. I want to rent it out. What are my options? How can I make this work?

Hi Jeffery, I'm new to investing as well.  Currently Active Duty Army living in Jacksonville. I don't have a wealth of knowledge but have some resources. Some cash, landlord experience, partners, good understanding of the area, and eagerness to build a network and partner on deals.

Does anybody know of a tax person near Manhattan, KS that is real estate savvy? I have a rental that I am preparing to sell and need advice, and somebody to help me prepare this years filings.

I will be in Jax in May. I'm originally from the area and will be moving back there then.
