Purchased a Home with VA Loan/ Now I want to rent

So I have closed on a single family home for a VA loan. Cost were lower than expected for rehabbing and it actually cash flows. I want to rent it out. What are my options? How can I make this work?

After a year as your primary you should be ok. Anything earlier is probably mortgage fraud. Probably won't be able to get another VA loan until it's paid if.

Do not rent it out with landlord insurance, while you’re living somewhere else after signing for a primary home loan. It’s obvious and illegal. Especially don’t do it right away basically screaming that it was your intent all along. I know the desire to screw the people trusting you with their money is strong. But if you want a rental get an investment loan.
