Best note trading website out there. There are a lot of people window shopping but there are serious buyers and sellers also. I hope the number of note listings increases substantially this year.

@Micah A. Agreed, that's why you use licensed attorneys. FCI's fees for non-performing loans are ridiculous. 

@Micah A. I would have a CT attorney start the FC process then the borrowers will call you or the attorney asking for a mod if they want to keep their houses.
