Looking for a private lender to fund a potential deal that I have found in Mesa, AZ. It is a 3/2 1473 sqft and selling for 159,000 in the Dobson Ranch area. The home appears to have good bones and just seems to need cosmetic changes, and I will be touring it tomorrow to see for myself. If interested please message me.
