..but to answer your question about buying with no-money, its really hard to 'start out' with no-money down(possible, but really hard), but eventually you can work you way up (through relationship building & JV) to none-of-your-money-down.. which is just as good!!

 The Navy??  Awesome! I served in the USMC 97-01 and was stationed at Pendleton the whole time. The navy guy's we were stationed with with mostly doc's.. a few seals with the recon team we had I think, but I was a computer nerd (still am). I had a great time though!!  :-)

As for Dayton, my wife's family (a huge family) lives in Kettering, Vandalia, a few other places (that I don't know) ..but we go there a lot.

 Amelia is a little Village (although, technically we'll be a city in a year or two) on the east side of Cincinnati..  south of Eastgate, north of New Richmond...
What part of D-town ??  I've got some family & friends that live up there??
