Ha.. you're right.. Not a pirates fan. But let me explain why..  I was (long ago) a huge buco's fan, in fact, I saved all my money just to go to a playoff game! (to the point, they lost 1-0 both games to the Braves when I attended) but then when Bobby Bonilla, Pre-roids Barry Bonds, and Andy Van Slyke all left for more money (that the pirates couldn't pay), the team lost 100 games a year for the next two decades  (give or take)..  

I moved to California (stationed there by the USMC) for four years and forgot about baseball..  even now, the Reds (I'm in cinci) do nothing for me..  baseball is too slow of a sport I guess..

Yes, a HELOC loan is a great way to get started in RE! But, as anything, it has its pro's and cons. Look around here and do a search for 'HELCO' and get started!
