Hello! Newbie from SW Washington

Greetings,

I am super excited about finding this website and all its wonderful resources! 

I am a photographer and graphic designer by trade. I have started and sold one business and I have 3 home buying/selling experiences under my belt; not flips, just my homes. I specialize in RE Photography. I got into the business because it combined my obsession with Real Estate and my creative skills into one pretty fun and rewarding job. Agents call me all the time to say, "you know that house you shot for me lest week? We got 2 full-price offers in 24 hours, thanks to your photos!" I'm not saying this to brag - any good photographer can make this happen. I am saying it to encourage everyone to hire a pro-photog when your listing is ready (if you're not already). It will make ALL the difference in the world.  
Now that I have my foot in the door with many agents and I'm familiar with the market in my area I am eager to put my full passion into flipping homes and gaining some rentals for financial longevity. I don't have much cash flow to start so I'm kind of stuck now - but hopefully through networking and *saving* I can make my dream a reality. 
I live in Ridgefield, WA with my husband, 3 yr old son, dog and two cats. We LOVE it here!
