I don't see why you don't create a Wordpress site of your own? It's rather simple and I can help you with it no problem. Prior to doing real estate I had an ecommerce company I built and developed everything using bootstrap methodologies. Fancy way of saying I did It myself, it helps I'm a web developer and database guru. I highly recommend not copying and pasting and asking wix for the sql database for your site. Once you have that it should be easy to parse and upload via Wordpress format into your new site. Be it using Investor carrot or your own hosting plan. You can check out my site at fyzlgroup.com, it's an idx enabled open MLS realtor site but I developed it in around 6 hours content not withstanding. But you already have your content, it should be an easy job for less than 200 dollars on upwork. Let me know if I can help you with facilitating the process, or knowing what to ask Wix. Never worked with them before but I know they do template sites, just reach out to the development team to get the Sql database (where all your content is stored). I hope this helps!!

Lisa Taylor, your in the clear for the San Diego market. I'm an agent here specializing in Downtown. It looks like your HOA is low putting you in either East Village, Cortez Hill, or maybe Little Italy. Regardless with 25% down and a 3.25% rate (I'm hoping a 30yr conventional since its for your residence) and with your current buying power you are all set for San Diego. No MI payments and your in an appreciating market. I would say take a few breaths and smile since your about to become a property owner in a great part of San Diego. If you have any questions I'll be happy to answer them or give you a little advice about your particular HOA. Just let me know which development, I've been to them all. Good luck Lisa and I hope after reading all the great comments from the community you feel more confident in your actions! ;)

Chris M. I understand that the conventional refinance will clear up the VA entitlement for use again but does that include the use of a VA IRRRL (Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loan) or commonly known as VA streamline refinance? I've heard cases about people taking and saying they would get an IRRRL and then go use their entitlement again. I'm not sure if they were just talking or if it was true. Please let me know your thoughts, Thanks!

Hello Bigger Pockets Community! My name is Fyzl Atmar from sunny San Diego! I'm an agent here in the west coast looking to expand my knowledge into investment properties and finding the deal. Some background about myself, database and web developer, mortgages, real estate, and bartending. Kind of random I know but I can't help but like what I like. I'm an excel guru and love big data. I've aggregated MLS data, Mortgage Data, and Social Data to name a few into clean filter able searches. My only trouble is I don't know what I'm looking for! Sure I can tell by the mortgage and transaction info the status of the property coupled with MLS data to find market price and properties that look like opportunities but I still feel I could do better. Or there is something in between the lines that I'm not seeing. I'm hoping to learn from everyone here to get that amazing investor sight! I'm a student for life and am always happy to hear advice from anyone. In fact I appreciate it immensely and will always repay the favor for knowledge. I look forward to being a part of the bigger pockets community! It's my first time being part of any online community and I'm excited to say the least. Well this is hello! (Albeit a long one) Thanks for having me! Best Regards, Fyzl Atmar
