Flip lending in most states. My lender has just announced a program to provide access to down payment funds through his company. 12 months interest only payments on the flip loan. Can be extended to 24 months but if you get that far you are probably in trouble. All rehab money can be included in the loan. No prepayment penalty. $100,000 minimum loan amount.
