Hi Don: My new lender has looked into Hawaii, but as of today, they are not lending there..thanks, Greg

First time fix and flip clients are welcome with my new lender. Credit scores as low as 550. Must have some down payment and 6 months of interest only payments in reserve. No seasoning on the reserve $. 12 months to complete project. We finance 100% of rehab budget. No prepayment penalty. Contact me here or direct at [email protected] 

I fund fix and flip loans. Most states are approved. Experience in flipping/real estate is preferred but all requests will be considered. Minimum purchase price of $75,000. I am not aware of a lender who will go that low. $25,000 to $30,000 purchase prices are are far too low for anyone I know....thanks, Greg
