I am not aware of a lender who will go that low. $25,000 to $30,000 purchase prices are are far too low for anyone I know....thanks, Greg

I'll just do #1. cash needed in that deal would be approximately $11,130. purchase price + rehab + closing cost = $111,300. 10% of that is $11,130

Hip. I would need a guess on your rehab budget to give you that #. Does not have to be exact....$ to close for you with a 700 score is 10% of purchase price, rehab $ and closing costs is ..... what is your purchase price and what are your rehab costs?thanks, Greg
