Minimum loan amount is $75,000. Rates for FIRST TIME flip clients is 12ish. Lower once you have experience.

Monica. My lender is based there and I am happy to refer you to him once you have an actual deal he can look at. I am not a licensed mortgage broker in CA. It's a very restrictive state. Your really need an actual pending deal for him to respond. He needs to see the #'s, the address, the ARV, rehab budget, etc. If you have that, I will make the connection for you.
