To address @David Ramirez' suggestion, if any title issues are found, the earnest money is fully refundable. We believe it’s not the buyer’s fault if title issues arise, and it wouldn’t be right to keep the earnest money in those situations. Transparency and professionalism are core to how we operate, and we ensure all properties have clear, insurable titles before closing.
