I'm looking for a good/reliable investor-friendly title company in NW Arkansas.

    Hey Todd 

    I used Chicago Title - they were suggested through my mortgage broker (Arvest). I did a triple close and it was using a mobile notary out of state.  

    All went well.  Let me know if you need anything else.

    I recommend Brandi Hoskins at Advantage Title in Fayetteville. I’ve used her for a number of properties, even when the other side is closing at a different title company. She’s very efficient and a great communicator.
