@Jessica Zolotorofe that's some awesome advises and explanations. Thanks alot. Would love to stay in contact.

@Odie Ayaga thanks for the recommendation, I will certainly look them up.

Hi Jersey Pros, Erez here.

I am looking to invest in Cherry Hill, NJ and would highly appreciate if any of you might have some good referrals for a RE agent (best if also investing), RE Attorney, CPA or tax advisor, property inspector and GC.

Thanks in advance for any reply.

@Lauren C. I am sorry to hear it didn't work out for you this time but who knows from what fate saved you from, so heads up and eyes forward :)

My wife and I are also newbies just about to purchase our first in Cherry Hill, NJ and are very excited to be on this path.

Anyway, thanks for sharing this experience and please continue to do so.

Regards, Erez

Guy's thank you very much for all the great tips.

@Jim Kennedy I totally agree with you, every free dollar has it's value and I will now start to look deeper in connecting with a title company.

@Jonathan Greene awesome tip thank you. Though.... i looked into the calcs but it seems that they are relevant only if I'd purchase with a loan, is that correct?!

@Abe Galam thanks a lot for you reply.

I am interested in Rentals. My plan is to start with 1 SFH with a purchase price of 70K tops that I will finance with a 70% mortgage acquiring in Israel. This is to get a feel on the actual business and dealing with a PM. I have a good friend in Cherry Hill whom I trust completely. I appreciate your advise in regards to investment groups, although I have some local friend investing with such, I keep my hands away from them and rather do my own. I have taken a look at Cherry Hill but how do you deal with these high taxes?? Also, where in Philly would you advise to look?
