Hi BP,

I am planning to partner up with a friend and purchasing properties under a co-managed LLC but have no knowledge if there are any tax issues or is it just the same as for the LLC my wife and I share and have 1 property under it.

I am not looking for legal advise here, just thought maybe someone has experience and could share their personal opinion.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Merry Christmas from Israel

Hi BP,

I am in the need of an accountant that works with foreigners. I have some bad experience with one that is not good in communications (to say the least) so I appreciate any referrals.

Post: Investors that "survived" subprime 2008

Hi Pro's.

As end of '16 is right at the door, a new president is going to take office and interest rates are being raised it smells like 8 years ago.

I'd love to read how investors that had rentals in the years thru 2008-2009 had manage to "survive" that period. How it effected rents and vacancy?

For any insight I'd be very thankful.
