Hello Tad! Welcome to BP! There's tons of REI groups on Meetup.com. In fact, there's a good real estate networking Meetup this coming Wednesday in Downtown Los Angeles that I plan to be at. I'll know many of the people attending and would be glad to chat with you and introduce you to others in my network of you can make it. Message me if you'd like more info on it. I can also recommend other specific real estate investment groups in the area for you.

Hello Sunny, Thanks for the post! Let's get in touch! I'm interested in possibly working together on some deals.
Hi Craig! That's a very smart and creative arrangement you've made brother! If things don't work out between you and your partner, let's talk! I'll add you as a colleague and message you direct so we can get a conversation going.

Hi Steven, welcome to Southern Cali! You'll find the weather warm and...well unpredicatable. haha. Glad to see you on here on Bigger Pockets. I'm a wholesaler in those areas. Feel free to add me or private message me so we can exchange contact information. Thanks for posting!

Thanks @David Varvaro! I got your PM and I appreciate the referrals!

Hi Guys!

I'm a local LA County Wholesaler. Relatively new to BP and investing in general. I've made some awesome contacts on here and now I'm looking for a GREAT (not good, but great) title rep in the LA County to handle some assignment contracts and maybe, occasionally, a double close using strategic transactional funding. Preferably local so that we can meet in person and chat sometime but I guess that part is not 100% required. I'm pretty new so they'll need to not mind explaining to a to a newbie with many questions BUT  I'm looking to do at least 3-5 deals a month with this person so it will be worth their while. If anyone has a good recommendation for their title rep -OR- if you're a title rep yourself, feel free to reach out either on the forum or just private message me. Thank and talk soon!

Hello all,

I'm a local Los Angeles County wholesaler who's interested in moving into fix and flip rehabbing. I haven't looked into the lending side of things before because, until now, I didn't really need to. I'd really like a good recommendation for the lenders that  people are using who work well with first time rehabbers and investors. Preferably LA County local so we can meet and talk in person sometime but not necessarily required. Any recommendations would be great! Oh and also, as a wholesaler, many of my buyers or potential buyers are first-time rehabbers as well and I'd like to be able to refer them to a lender if they need one. Hope to hear back from the BP community on this one! Thanks!

Hello Jennifer! Welcome to Bigger Pockets. If you're starting out wholesaling in Los Angeles County, let's talk! My wife and I also wholesale out here. I'd be happy to share our experience with you! :)
