Hey there all! I stumbled on to Bigger Pockets a few years back when I started working for a hard money broker. In recent months, I've decided to get into real estate as an investor and I've also started working with the broker again so I have a hard money connection for myself and for referrals.

I grew up in St. Louis, MO which is where I decided to so my first deals - I have boots on the ground there and visit regularly. But, I live in Los Angeles and also intend to invest here as well. So much to learn - which is really exciting to me - and I super excited about getting my first deal but I'm setting up my infrastructure first so I have a solid foundation. After that, it's on!

Specifically, I intend to start wholesaling. After I get a good pipeline going, I intend to invest in 2, 3 and 4-plex buildings - an interest I've had for many years but it never occurred to me that I could actually own these types of properties. Now, I don't see any reason why I shouldn't and/or can't.

Right now, my schedule is very full with work (I'm a musician and am traveling a lot this summer) and my real estate studies so I haven't had time to go to any REI meet-ups yet but am excited about connecting with investors in Los Angeles and in St. Louis.

Stop by and say hey, if you like - I'd love to meet you!
