@Derek Carroll thanks for your perspective.  I totally agree with you.  I also think it boils down to one's tolerance for risk and fear of the unknown can make risks seem bigger than they actually are.

BP newbie and REI novice here with a simple question that I'm sure most can relate to.

The question is: Out of all of the challenges you were facing as a first-time real estate investor, what was your single greatest fear in doing your first deal?
