So you are saying currently right now if i were to give the lady 15000$ right now and go see an attorney i could pay the taxes on the home and get the deed on the home and it would be a normal transaction and the house would not go into the auction and foreclosure?

Hello Can you buy a foreclosed home because i grew up next door to this lady and she has lost the home i even went online to look at the taxes on her home and it says foreclosed because it was owed 4500 in back taxes the lady was trying to sell the home for 15000$ is that possible? because the home has gone into forecloser..

Hello i have a quick question how can i get a home equity loan/credit on my home if it is fully paid off? well my mother owns 3 homes. and they are all fully paid off i would like to get a loan on one of the homes i looked online it it said the value is not worth much maby 50-70k? but in order to qualify for  a home loan will someone have to come and look at it and inspect it in order for it to pass what types of things do they look for?

But the numbers actually look nice coming from some one else so i think i may go trough with these deal Also this is my Very first home purchase as i am a first time home buyer but i will try and increase the rent and see if this works i would just like to get my feet wet and get started. so to speak

The home is a Duplex Upstairs and downstairs In Good Shape in a C Class neighborhood i know very well in a good location would this be a good deal? the home has already Appraised

not really rent upstairs and downstairs and live in basement but  i always travel out of state for work and would like to know my mail is not tampered with so have it delivered to my old adress

when you are buying a house on a mortgage as primary resident is it """required""" to change my current license to the new home or can i keep my current license on my old home and never change it?
