Hey Folks!

I was looking at the Denton County Sheriff Sale page before joining BP. I had found a property that I was interested for my family. How do these work exactly? Where can I educate myself about the intricacies of buying from the Sheriff sale? I am sure that there are a bunch of caveats, like the previous owner's mortgage when you're only covering the back taxes at the sale...

I am a newbie from Denton, TX. I am self-studying to get my Real Estate license.

I own a commercial building and I hope to get involved in BRRRR, Buy and Hold, and Multi-Family, and maybe more as I gain experience. I have funds!!!
