Hey folks!

I am a newbie from Denton, TX. I am self-studying to get my Real Estate license.

I own a commercial building and I hope to get involved in BRRRR, Buy and Hold, and Multi-Family, and maybe more as I gain experience. I have funds!!!

I would love to hear from fellow REI's in the Denton/Dallas area.
