BP I am so nervous, I have reached out via email to ads on craigslist, I ran across someone selling land and I offered 8K and they countered with 10K and contact information.

The seller offer to buy directly through the county or I can do it through an attorney or title company, I have neither.

I just do not know what the next step to take is.

Thank you everyone.

Answer honestly.

Thank you, just reached back out.

I reached out to an AD on craigslist and made an offer with the intention to get it under contract to assign to a  cash buyer.

The seller responded and asked if I was a cash buyer or wholesaler, I am not sure if I should reveal that yes my intentions is to wholesale.

I am trying to build up my confidence to call "we buy houses" contacts and try to build a buyers list and this was a big help. I was going to work off a script I got from an education course but now I will go another direction.

Can anyone provide me with a link or copy of Floridas Land Lord Tenant Laws?

I tried searching but just get summary and breakdowns, I want the official documents.

Thank you in advance for your help.

@Kyle Thompson have you looked into resman, appfolio or yardi for your pm needs?

I would like to learn more about investing in Puerto Rico, Mr. Payne can we connect through PM.
