@Ned Carey Mr. Carey it went very well, he is willing to teach me what he has learned, at the same time take me along to learn a new venture he is looking to get into. Along the way he wants to share the profits of any deal we go in together. I couldnt have asked for a better outcome.

I recently started driving for dollars and while doing that I noticed a few open houses in the area, but I was hesitant to stop in.

As an aspiring investor should I attend the open houses, if so, how should I introduce myself, what questions should I ask?

Thank you in advance for your help.

From what I am learning, if you want to wholesale, the 1st step is finding the right deal.

How have you been looking for properties to wholesale?

What area of CT are you from?

Awesome, thank you for sharing.
