I am also in California and retired after many years in real estate. I have seen about all the forms ever needed and many have way too much over kill. Another Californian has a company, 1st Tuesday by name, and has something like 350 forms and lots of comments. I think it costs me $29 a year BUT what a bargain! Many of the forms are for real estate licensee BUT with a little studying and sharp succors you can make your personal forms. Unless you have lots of experience, have a CA real estate attorney review what ever you put together.

Pay attention folks. Professor Poe and Probate is GOLD TEACHING! Its one thing to read a book but listening to her speaking of the experience of been there and done that is GOLD! You won’t get from any book.

You don’t have to read page after page of fluff in a book. She gets right to the point telling you what’s up!
Read it again and again if you don’t get it the first time.

I sure hope she doesn’t run out of patience with us!

JUST IN CASE YOU DIDN’T READ RICK HARMON’S above post, You just missed some “GOLD”!

That post should be REQUIRED reading for ALL Newbies and many NON-Newbies and some like me who are just pain forgetful! Plain and simple but hits you right in the pocket book.
Maybe it should be relabeled, “Ignore any of what Rick says, watch how quick you go broke while you wonder what happened.
