Not counting meeting members of a similar interest, "Key words" is the best help by far!

Thank you Steve B. Here is how I understand it. I'm offering full LISTING-price but full LISTING-price is far below market value. "OK? I have never hear it put that way before.

Good morning Brian and thank you for the citations. I have learned to get many of my questions answered by going to the Codes.

There must be a great and educational story behind your comment, “Ask me how I know all of this...this is about $90K in legal fees summarized in a couple of paragraphs. :)” . Please give us your short version!

Hey Arron I always look for you to enjoy your responses. I am also in CA. Here is what happened to me: The clerk at the building department was very nice and said no need for
F of I ACT. What is the address and you can have the file. WHAT! If I had an address I would not be here. Clerk says they file by address not by Code Violations. I did not have a quick Arron like response so I said thanks and left. HELP!

Hello Alvin-Very good work so far! I don't know about Michigan but here in CA you will find probate records in the Superior Court files. Try Googling probate and the name of your county or superior court. I hope those files are on line but if not try calling a county court for location of probate files and get over there. Keep asking questions!
